It's been one year

I have held many job titles while in my career of 25 years at the Marshall Public Library. My current position is the Early Childhood Librarian. I have been in this new position for a year now and I want to document the things that I've done for storytimes, displays, and programs. 

September 2023

I started the last week in September the theme was all about Grandparents. The librarian that I replace had this storytime all ready to go. We had books like You're the Boss, Baby Duck by Amy Hest and Spot Visits His Grandparents by Eric Hill. We sung songs like Down On Grandpa's Farm. I had a co-worker join us and play her guitar and I pulled out puppets to go with each verse of the song. It was a fun program. 

I will continue to post highlighting each month of storytime themes, crafts, and activities.
